Ephesians 2:10

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do”

God’s Eyes seeks to continue to serve Jesus Christ by expanding its ministry through out the world in several ways.

Our first goal was “ATPAY.” That stood for delivering A Thousand Pairs ( of eyeglasses ) A Year. We are happy to report that we have already reached and even exceeded that goal in 2007 .

Next is our mission of “ATPAM.” A thousand pairs a month. With continued and increased support we plan to reach this goal in two ways. By increasing the number of eyeglasses we make every month for the already established clinics in Honduras and Haiti, and next by increasing the number of short term medical trips that we take every year along with the introduction of our eye kits along with battery operated auto refractors.

Our eye kits contain new frames and 1000 pairs of lenses premade in the 462 most common needed eye correction prescriptions. This gives us the capability to immediately fill on the spot over 95% of all patients’ correction needs and to dispense those eyeglasses anywhere in the world.

Our third goal is “ATPAW” A thousand pairs a week. Here’s where things start to get exciting! In order to reach this goal we need to continue all previous steps and then leave new eye kits and equipment behind at the locations where our short term mission trips took us, thus establishing “mini clinics” around the world. Before leaving though we will stay and train nationals to refract, assemble, and dispense the eyeglasses provided from our eye kits. Then via emails we will keep these eye kits restocked as needed.

Habakkuk 1 :5 “Look to the nations and watch and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe even if you were told.”

Our next goal is “ATPAD” A thousand pairs a day! YES, A THOUSAND PAIRS A DAY!
This will require the success of all the previous goals along with the additional efforts of establishing new full service optical dispensaries at medical mission clinics like the ones we already have in Honduras and Haiti. We already have offers for rooms to do this at in Senegal, Sudan, and Haiti. It will also necessitate the additional resources needed for us to send and support full time eye doctors and opticians into the field on long term commitments to man these new eye centers.
